BIOGRAPHY: Katonka was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. After working as a freelance graphic designer, he turned his passion to photography after becoming inspired by the creativity and energy of fashion, editorial and fine art photography. Greatly influenced by the Expressionist, Dada and Surrealist movements, Katonka strives to bring a simplistic yet indefinably emotional element to many of his images utilizing light, atmosphere and concept. Published in Europe and The United States, and Coming of the highly successful solo exhibition “The Other Side”, Katonka continues his fine art work with new soon to be published material.
